"I Just Don't Know"

Questions from Matthew all within a 20 minute time period:

Does electricity always run through the wires? If the lights are turned out at a house, how does it know not to go there?

Do they have to cut the belly to get the baby out? (My answer here was simply "sometimes")

How high do leprechauns jump?

What is stronger -- electricity or a mirror?

Is there anything that won't burn up by fire?

I should've paid more attention in my science classes. I had very few answers to these questions. I will most likely be spending a lot of time on google or yahoo answers in the coming days!
